Other services

Kawaï Tree provides weather forcast thanks to Open Weather Map API. Please, don't call me if the weather forecast isn't correct ;-)

Terms of Service and condition of use

1. The Kawai tree application should be used for managing bonsaï trees only, and for no other purpose. If you have other ideas for using this software, please contact the author to discuss them. The author retains the right to delete any accounts that use Kawaï tree for another purpose.

2. Photos on Kawaï tree must be related to bonsaï. The photographs must relate primarily to the trees themselves. The presence of people in the photos, if not strictly prohibited, is not recommended and must remain marginal. The author retains the right to delete any accounts that use Kawaï tree for another purpose.

3. In version 1, Kawaï tree can be used for free. To guarantee its third principle, the Kawai tree must find an economic model to ensure its survival (rental of servers for hosting, development, evolution, cybersecurity, promotion, etc.). Do not hesitate to make donations if you wish to help Kawaï tree to prosper.

4. We make every effort to guarantee the security of your data. We make backups and can do disaster recovery. Cybersecurity is a major concern for us and we apply good practices in this area. However, the author of Kawaï tree cannot take responsibility in case of data loss or unavailability of the application.
